What an experience. I have brought many cars in my lifetime. By far today’s service was exceptional. Started with a text message to confirm an appointment followed by the address. Then there was a courtesy call while I was pulling up. Lol they seen me before I seen them. Loved the enthusiasm and the welcome, I felt like a celebrity lol. I was greeted by Juan at the front door. Everybody was welcoming and friendly. The process was smooth organized and timely. Dave in financing was amazing. I don’t think any process has been this smooth. No running back and forth blah blah blah. I hate I can’t remember the lady at the front desk who was just full of energy and amazing. Definitely the hype man of the building. Go girl! Juan was knowledgeable about the product and addresses my concerns about owning a wrangler. The location of the dealership was out of my comfort zone it it was so worth the drive !!!!
